    “lose *fat*” ?

Short of liposuction, the only way to lose fat is to lose it in the overall. That is, over your whole body. Note that the most stubborn places will be the last to lose. Those “final” fat deposits are largely genetics.

If you still are not near “contest” bodyfat (that is, approaching the fat levels that a body builder approaches nearing competition) … you can try to go for that additional fat loss. But be aware that is not a healthy fat level for your body.

You can temporarily lose some of the cellular size by draining it of “water”. This is what that wrapping body parts with plastic wrap etc stuff is about.

If you have really truly lost all the weight that you can and you have (in particular) defined abs … the only realistic approach left is to have liposuction.
    Like I say … genetics.

    Hi Mike,

I suggest lengthier sessions at lower difficulties when trying to remove leg fat, which is a challenging area on most people.

I use the sprinter/marathon analogy, which is that if you have ever seen a sprinter’s thighs you know they’re wide and full of muscle, which help to explode out of the starting blocks. But if you look at a long-distance runner’s legs you see they’re like two thin sticks, which is what many people I talk with want.

Go the long-distance way by setting your ellipse to a low difficulty stage and then staying at it for :45 – 60 minute periods.

Don’t quit, you can do it! 🙂
