Everyday, walk on an incline at a fast speed on the treadmill. This actually burns more fat than running

You can do it. Exercise, eat healthy, and you’ll love the way you look.

Cut off some sweets, carbohydrates and fats in your meal and do exercise. Just having a treadmill at your own speed will also help.

go to this website to calculate BMR (Basal Metabolism Rate). http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/ .This will tell you how many calories you need to keep your weight where it is. If you take off 500 calories a day from that number, you’ll lose 1 pound a week. Exercising can take off another pound a week. Walking or running a mile burns about 100 calories (there’s 3500 calories in one pound of fat). The RDA doesn’t recommend losing more than 2 pounds a week.

The way you write make it very easy to read. And the design you use, wow. Thats a really decent combination. And I am wondering what is the name of the design you use?
