Is it possible for me to loose 10 lbs. in a month?

I’m 5’2 and 115 lbs and i really wanna loose weight in my thighs and in the stomach area. How could i do this? I also have a few dark stretch marks on my thighs, how can i get rid of this quickly?

    you can lose about 5 lbs in a month but its safe to lose 1 pound a week. do get rid of alot of fat do alot of cardio and eat right.

    Yes it is possible. Just have small low fat, low calorie meals per day. Drink 8+ cups of water daily. Do a lot of cardio and ab workouts. Avoid any fat foods.

    I’m thinking you don’t need to diet. But exercises would work wonders.
    Bicycling, even stationary will get the lower half in shape in a month or so.
