While some people feel energized after working out, many people just feel sweaty and tired 🙂 And depending on how much you ate before, the new diet (although it sounds very healthy), might be enough of a difference to cause your body – and mind- to go into a bit of a shock, which could result in fatigue. i, personally, get very, very grumpy when I change my eating habits 🙂 don’t worry, keep up the excellent work and your body will adjust! the longer you stick with it, the more energized and healthy you begin to feel.

Of course it’s normal to be tired, but maybe you’re overworking yourself. Slow down when you working out. You actually get more results in small bouts, meaning smaller and harder workouts mean better results. Instead of on a treadmill for an hour, raise the speed and incline and do it for 30, than later on, do it again for 30 minutes 🙂 Good luck 🙂 And don’t tire yourself out!

Yes, it’s completely normal; especially, if you’ve really cut down on the food. however, make sure you are eating food high in fiber and nutrition not just simple sugars that last for a very short time.

Don’t limit yourself during your workouts to a time period. Use ” Calories Burned” as your standard, once you reach the number you want to burn you’re done on that device. I burn 1000 calories daily on my home stationary cycle .. I do 500 calories 2 times.
When I hit the gym I do 250 treadmill, 500 cycle, 250 treadmill. Then out to the weight room for about 30 – 60 mins.
I eat about 1300 – 1500 calories daily.. but I do not eat junk / garbage/ etc. This sounds to me like your not getting enough fuel to fuel your workouts ( workout less or eat more). Are all of your calories Good Calories…don’t use your daily allowance with garbage, then you have less left for the Good calories your body really needs.
