Is it more efficient to have a different amount of calorie intake everyday for weightloss?
For example, my calorie intake need is about 1700. Would it be better to eat 1200 cals one day and then 800 the next and then 1000 , 1200, 800, etc… or is it okay to just stick to the same calorie intake everyday?
