Is it just me that thinks some muscle gaining ideas are not necessary?
For example – eat 5 meals a day and consume 3000+ calories including 1gram per pound of muscle. If this is the case then how did people without this knowledge gain muscle -our ancestors in roman days?

People in the Roman days did not have televisions, computers, mobiles, and luxury goods we see in supermarkets today. Because of that very fact during that time it was more common to see towns or cities do more physical activity for the economy, military, and society. There is just not as many manual labor jobs out there as there used to be.

You can Simply jog 5 mile’s a week that’s 1 mile every day on the weekdays. Or you can Lift weights for about 15 minutes a day for 30 days. I Would use 20 pound weight (30 if you can hold 60) without struggle or dropping them.
