Is it healthy to eat half of a Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich every day?

im on a diet right now and for lunch i was planning on eating a half of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich mon-sat. is that healthy 6 days out of 7? I burn about 400 calories working out every night.
