Is fat loss more efficient during high intensity cardio or endurance cardio?

I am steadily reducing my body fat and can now see some abs but im working on a six pack and wanted to know.. am I better off running twice as fast for half the distance or running half as fast for twice the distance?? Any input is much appreciated 🙂 thanks!!

High intensity, otherwise you body gets used to speed and you don’t burn as much.

When your running, do the high intensity stuff, then run slower for a bit till you’ve recovered then carry on high intensity again, so your body never gets used to it.

That’s a great question! As a personal trainer I encourage my clients to work as hard as they can so they burn as many calories as possible! Congratulations on reducing your body fat! Forget the low intensity cardio and staying within the fat burning zone!
