If I were you, I would just start with a 1/2 hour walk. You don’t want to start off doing anything too intense. Listen to your body. It will tell you when to stop. And don’t stop only when it hurts like h*e*l*l. Just ease into an exercise routine and then slowly work up to longer and more intense workouts. Good luck.
