I’m on a diet to lose weight. But I love spicy Bar B Que potato chips. Is there a way to?

duplicate the Bar B Que potato chips flavor with a spice combination that I can put on my diet food.

    I’m not sure if this will help because I love spicy food just not a fan of bar b que flavor…. Mrs. Dash has a spicy seasoning mix. I sprinkle it on chicken breast with some pepper before cooking it on a grill. It’s so good. You could also top with spicy salsa ( it has almost no calories! ).

    There is no reason to deprive yourself. If you decide that you want to eat them, try cutting back on the rest of the food that you eat so that your food/ fat intake is still the same. You won’t be able to eat the same amount of food as before, but if you really love those chips, its really your decision. Try not to go overboard though; to control your portion, put the chips into a small bowl, when you are done with it, DO NOT GET MORE, or it defeats the whole purpose.
