If i run 2 miles everyday how long would it take me to tone up?

I am 16year old girl, i do not eat excessively and i don’t drink fizzy drinks are a great amount of sweets although i am a little over weight. If i ran 2miles everyday how long would it take me to tone up and become slimmer?
