If i reduce my calorie intake and exercise 5 days a week how quickly will i lose fat?

Im doing Nutrisystem and reducing my calories to 1200-1500 a day. Im also doing zumba twice a week and body pump three times a week.

    Calorie restriction goes crazy after awhile… Normally you end up gaining everything back.. Quick.. And sometimes its just plain unhealthy.
    Instead I suggest you cut the amount of carbs you eat, stay away from pocessed food, breeds, pastas ect. Also stay away from sugars like soda and candy but keep the good sugars like fruit and vege (have little starchy vege) , eat meat, lean or fatty (animal fat doesnt make you fat…Some people believe anything), have dairy like butter, sour cream, cream cheese ect but not diary that has added sugar and eat plenty of nuts.

    This is what im doing and ive never felt better, im never hungry, I dont eat till im stuffed though, just cause I dont count cals doesnt mean this diet allows you to pig out.
    I’m now 111 lbs =] soon to be 107
