Bring your knees high, and you’ll be doing something.

Not really. Run outside if you dont have access to a gym.

    You could compare the 2.

Run on ‘da’ spot (I’ll ignore that you can’t spell for now… its spelt ‘the’), for 5 minutes then rate how you feel out of 10, perhaps take your heart rate as well.

Then run on the treadmill in ‘da’ gym for 5 minutes and rate how you feel, and again take your heart rate.

I would guess that the treadmill will feel harder and get your heart rate higher. The one that feels harder and gets your heart working harder is the harder work out and perhaps the one that gives you bigger benefits. They don’t have the same effect.

If you want, try doing the same with an outside run as well

You shouldn’t run on the same spot or at a gym on a treadmill. Running outside builds more muscle. Though it might be cold now. If you can’t go outside than running on a treadmill is the next best bet. Hope this helped!!
