If I jog for 40 mins, 5 times per week and to toning exercise 2 times a week can I lost 30lbs without dieting?

I am 5″1 and weigh 138lbs

    It depends…

    You diet is the *main* factor when losing weight.

    You can exercise as much as you want to but if you are over-eating, you could possibly not lose a single lb.

    At the very least, you need to find out how many calories you are eating per day and then figure out if you need to cut it down or not.

    You need to costantly drink alot of water while doing all of this and plenty of fruit veg. You don’t need a serious diet but all of the above helps. It sounds like a nice plan you have but you have to be realistic and set a time period so you can push yourself and keep motivated.

    If you don’t set a timeframe for how long you plan to do this in (and be reasonable on yourself) then it will be much harder.
