If I cut out alcohol bread and chocolate from my diet will I lose weight?

I’ve got half a stone to lose and eat about 7 slices of bread with butter, although it’s granary bread, a day, 3 slices for breakfast and then just as snacks i also have about 4 vodka’s with slim line tonics and a chocolate bar a day and lunch and dinner, uually rice with chicken and veg or baked beans on toast with fried egg and mushrooms. I have cut out all the bread and have 1 bowl of porridge for breakfast, baked potato and salad or chicken and rice for meals, no chocolate or alcohol and no carbs after 4pm, will i lose wight quickly? I do lots of walking every day

Less sugar and lower carbs ( in bread ) will always help. alcohol slows metabolism. lessen all of these and youll do all right.

Yes that would take off weight but not quickly. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way you have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. So you are a victim of this pandemic (epidemic). You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin.

Plus click on “Pure Water” to make sure the water you drink doesn’t hurt you. Most important– make sure to read the last “fat loss tip”, first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

If you cut carbs out of your diet it will help, also alcohol is toxic to your body and it causes bloating and water retintion. If you stop eating all together at about 7 at night it will help as wellbecause food doesnt have time to properly digest after that and it sits like a rock.

Its the butter thats the problem.
Never give up anythin u like just dont eat to much of it.

Sugars…that’s what they all are. Sugar pushes your insulin level up and an increased insulin level makes your body want to retain fats, and actually increases carbohydrate conversion to sugar increasing insulin levels which start the cycle over and over again.

It’s a good start. Please see recommendations below.

The following healthy living recommendations will help you if you’re trying to lose weight, tone up your muscles, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better:

*1) Burn more calories then you’re consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity. Get a diet and fitness calculator that you can put on your computer or cell phone. This will allow you to easily calculate this formula, set goals, log your daily calorie consumption, and register your physical activities.

*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.

Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as potatoes) and drink lots of water. Read this article for more information on high GL Carbs:
