i want to lose fat in these areas asap, 10 points best answer?

hi,
im not overweight, but i have fat around my waist, tummy, thighs, and upper arms.

It’s REALLY important to me to lose it.

any suggestions? dont tell me exercising methods, please, thats not what I’m asking.

I want to lose fat FAST. not lose weight, lose fat.

supplements and/or food suggestions are welcome.

    Spot reducing is impossible, you can’t just lose fat around certain targeted areas. You lose fat everywhere at the same time. So, clean diet and cardio exercise, usual stuff. Eating 500-1000calories less then you spend a day will yield 1-2lbs lost per week.

    try eating more fruits and vegetables and cut off some meat. i just have one recommendation for your arms. lift weights. exercise is the best possible way to loose this weight. if your young you can loose it properly but if you wait till your and adult you might get extra skin. TAKE ACTIONS NOW!

    Building muscle reduces fat cells (doesn’t get rid of them though, only surgery can do that) and reducing fat cells get rid of weight. So to loose fat you need to maintain a healthy diet and exercises. Many bicep curls using small weights and not stopping will tone your arms. Thighs you can hit by doing 3 sets of 15 lunges daily. Your waist and tummy will have to be by doing crunches, sit ups, and bicycles. Only other way you can reduce fat other than exercising and eating well is surgery. Pills rarely work.
