I want to loose weight quickly ?? HELP ?!

Im 16 and Im 78Kg .. and for some reason my body fat is all on my stomach .. I have skinny arms and legs but a large belly !

I need to lose 18Kg in 2 months .. is it possible ??
and how many calories do I need to loose wait quickly ?
I heard loosing weight quickly isnt healthy .. so what do I do !?!?!

    Losing weight quickly is dangerous. Go on a diet, but take it one step at a time.

    instead of trying to lose weight rapidly.
    do sit ups/crunches seeing as the weight is focused on your stomach.
    18kg is almost 3 stone!
    that will turn the ‘fat’ into muscle and won’t be such a problem.
    try do 50 a night, then up it to 100. if you want it sorted quickly.

    This will be tough, but there is this thing call a body detox. It is an all liquid diet. You drink things like smoothies, and slimfast, and stufflike that. Also, doing sit ups might help. Good luck!

    the optimum speed for weight loss is about 1-2 kg a week…its better you lose a kg weekly…get active in sports,dance and martial arts…avid junk food and fast food…

    ok um try not to eat a lot especially at once. Eat wholewheat stuff because they stay in your stomach much longer so that will help you to take in less. Do some sit ups to help burn it to aight, hope it will work for you
