I want to loose weight as quickly as possible?

I am wanting to loose some weight and tone my body as quickly as possible. I feel so self conscience about the body I have, that I feel I need to do this for myself to gain confidence in my body and feel alot better about myself as a person. I look in the mirror and I hate whats looking back. So I am really looking for some advice, on how to loose weight quickly and what exercises will be good for toning the body, legs (thighs and bottom) and stomach. I often do sit ups and crunches.

    Diet. All is in the diet. Stop eating sugar, lower your carbohydrate consumption to a strict minimum (bread, pastries, sugary stuff, pasta, rice, corn etc). DO NOT DRINK SODAS! They contain too much sugar. Drink only water or skim milk. DO NOT IN ANY CASE EAT FAST/JUNK FOOD! Cut your salt consumption as well!!

    Jog everyday 6 days a week. First day try to do 5-10 mins. Second 10-15. Third 20-25. When you can jog for 25mins, keep it that way for a week or two. Then do 30 mins. Give yourself 1 day rest.

    Do that and you will lose a good amount of weight.

    To look good you must work hard. Nothing is easy in this life. But i know you can do it.

    Drink plenty of water everyday, keep yourself hydrated.

    Diet, exercise and realistic expectations. Watch what you are eating and how much. Start exercising, lifting weights and getting some cardio. And have realistic expectations; as in you didn’t gain all your weight overnight, don’t expect it to go away over night. Set small, realistic, achievable, short term goals for yourself and keep after them.
