I want to get in shape and tone how?

I want to get in shape for the summer . I want to be tone and loose weight. I want to loose about 15 pounds how can i do this as quickly as possible. What are some healthy foods to eat to keep me full.
Is this a good diet plan?
Breakfast – oatmeal and 1/2 glass of milk
Lunch – salad with dressing and water
And dinner varies from chicken, and steak and pasta.

Snacks – 100 calorie packs or granola bars

    that’s a pretty good diet. make sure the dressing is low-fat. to get toned and lose some fat, a good exercise to do is sit-ups.

    Eat right, lift weights. Start light and do alot of reps if you want to tone up. Be sure to run or walk too, so you can keep your metabolism up. Good luck
