I need to lose weight and need a diet to follow?

I need to lose weight quickly so am after a quick fix diet, i know this is not the answer but will be so i look good for summer hols. My only problem is I like a glass of wine so suggestions where i can still drink some are appreciated. Thanks.

    The Rapid way of loosing weight is eat healthy breakfast like boiled vegetables etc and for your lunch eat only tomatoes and carrots or fruits which r not sweet and for your dinner eat millets, soy beans and yoghurt

    just have 1 SMALL meal a day..but have it beforeeee 7pm.
    anytime during tha day you get hungry drink a big glass of water or have some fruit.
    u look glasses of wine..i like choclate BUT IF U WANA LOOSE WEIGHT U HAVE TO STOP..N ITS ONLYYYY SHORT TERM. once u loose weight u cn slowly allowed urself to have it.
