When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

Do over an hour and a half work outs EVERY DAY. Cut down on carb foods. Eat less for dinner. Make sure you eat 3 hours before you go to bed. Cut down on sugars also.
    Gluck!

Wow! you can for sure do that. in 2 months i lost about 20 kg’s. Basically, i ate less than 1000 calories, dont count portions, count calores, dont eat : Rice, bread, pasta, potatoes, red meat.etc. i ate basic vege, skinless chicken breast, fish, and snack with a fruit or vege every 3 hours, to let your body keep burning fat. And jog alot, and i lost 20kgs from doing that!

hi, the best way is to eat 3 healthy meals a day, even if you cant, just try and dont give up, try slimming world, that helped for me, but you have to be determined, if you diet, think of how much more confident it will make you in the end, you have to change your lifestlye, its no good eating to much, most of it is psycological, when you eat to much, ask yourself, am i hungry, youy should eat to stay alive and not just for the sake of eating, find something eles to do.

The most you can lose healthily is 34 pounds ir 2 lbs a week
Here is what you HAVE to do, even if you dont want to.
For 2 pounds a week, if you have a 2000 calorie diet, then you need to cut 1000 calories out. This is because one pound of fat is 3500 calories. 1000 times 7 = 7000 calories or two pounds of fat.
The other thing you need to do is eat meats, even if you dont want becuase doing this kind of extreeme weight loss will cause you to become healthy and need certain nutrients (complete ) such as protein calcium, etc. This can be done but you wont be allowed much food every day so you can eat very little throughout the day (a good idea) or eat twice a day with VERY little portions.
This should work, if it doesnt, then you either ate morethan you were suppose to or you didnt cut enough out. You could always exercise instead of cut your food intake as well. To do this keep your regular diet but instead of working out not at all, work out for like two hours a day to cut the 1000 calories a day. You could also just work off 500 calories and cut out 500 calories to balance it.

Good luck and this sounds like u want it done for summer and the last few days of school im guessing.

    Hope it all works out.

go to http://www.teambeachbody.com/teambb . 17 weeks you can lose a whole lot but you will have to be very strict. Make sure you do some type of aerobics daily, your bike, etc. Make sure you take good vitamins. You can get them at gnc, wal-greens, etc. you need support mentally so make sure you have someone hold you accountable in a way that you are receptive to it. Add me as a contact and I can help keep you motivated. I am losing 20 – 25 over the next few weeks. you want hard core weightloss, you can definetly do it but you will have to eat healthy and exercise. If you drink carbonated drinks then replace them with water or unsweet tea. Good luck and God bless you always. I believe you can achieve this goal. Keep me posted on your results.

Ok, I see your dilemma. You have a short amount of time to get rid of the fat and you have tools need. Let me help you add to it and hopefully you will put forth an effort and take action.
Here are some tips that you can use to lose the fat you don’t want without losing your hard earned cash.
Think of the chores you normally do around the house. Such as cutting the grass, washing the floors and even putting the trash out. These are all things that you do that you can burn calories doing. Now you are likely thinking, how can I burn more calories doing what I already do? Simple, instead of reluctantly doing these things add a little bounce to your step.
    1. When you are bringing the trash to the street, you can lift your legs a little higher. Just Move!

    2. When you are walking upstairs to put something away make more than one trip. Instead of filling your arms make multiple trips. Move More!

    3. When the dog needs to go outside, bring him for a walk. Instead of just opening the back door. Make the walk slightly vigorous. Go for at least half an hour every time.

    4. Take a bike ride or go rollerblading. This can be great exercise and even fun, with the right company.

    5. Watch what you eat. By all means, this does not mean you need to count calories. Just be aware of the food you are eating. If you have had something you know you should not have had, work out a little more to burn the extra calories. Got a cool site that will ad you in getting the job done. check out the source link below!

**IF YOU DON’T WATCH THE INTAKE OF WHAT GOES IN THE MOUTH, ALL IS IN VAIN AND IT DOESN’T MATTER WHAT DVD, PERSONAL TRAINER, OR EXERCISE EQUIPMENT YOU HAVE. FOR EXAMPLE! DON’T EAT A BIG CAKE.

IF YOU LIKE: just a taste if you get the craving, Mouth full or smell it will do the trick
    6. Drink water instead of your usual beverages. This will give your metabolic rate a kick start, allowing your body to burn calories with less work.

    7. Don’t over eat, eat until you no longer feel hungry.

    8. Smaller portions is important. You should eat more frequently, just much smaller portions. Again, i can’t emphasize it enough, watch what you eat!

    9. Don’t skip a meal. This will likely cause you to put weight on. Your body will go into ‘survival mode’, meaning it will store the food to survive because it does not know when it will be fueled again.

In a nut shell, the best way to achieve maximum fat loss you need to be aware of what you are eating and doing! To help you out, I found this real cool website that will assist you in getting that weight and fat off! Check out the source link below!
