i need advice about getting fit for my birthday?

okay so i have been on my diet for 3 months now i have lost a good amount of weight, im not totally loving my body, but yeah..anyways my birthday is in 3 weeks i will be twenty years old 🙂 i want to be more fit by then. i am planning to workout more often and cut back a little of what i eat, i only eat healthy i don’t drink pop. anyways could you give me anymore advice to reach this?

    working out is the key to looking like a victorias secret model. Sure they eat healthy, but they wouldnt look ANYTHING like that if they didnt spend lots of time in the gym.

    Up your activity level. Do DVDs, surf you tube workouts, go running and bike riding.
