i need a diet to lose weight in DAYS.?

I want a diet for 3-4 days taht i can lose weight fast to kick start my motivation to keep dieting, iv got 2 stone to lose. can any one help. I want to be thin for Apil

    I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
    1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
    2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
    3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

    It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

    When I need a kickstart, I do the 2-4-6-8 diet. Its easy, you just start with 200 calories a day and work your way up. There are alot of different variations to it, so just search it and choose the best one for you. It really helps you to get started!

    As you see, there are many solutions to your “problem”.

    I can only say for you to be careful. You can sustain motivation even if you do not have results immediately, just knowing you will get where you want to if you stick to a good diet and exercise plan.

    I worry that because you set a goal as “thin in April” or “need” to kick start your motivation, you may head intoa starvation diet or other unhealthy practises.

    It seems to me you have good reasons to be motivated and that you could take the time to reach your goal. Maybe you will reach it before April, maybe in may, Does it really matter? As long as you are eating healthy and exercising and gaining in health, you will reach you goal safely and without frustration in not done so by some preset goal that could not be realistic or that could lead to mistakes.

    You have the reasons, you have the motivation, get on it! and worry not so much about a preset date if that could harm you.

    I promise eggs and cheese 4 egg sram and a fist full of cheese, once a day will drop dramatically about 10 pounds. sounds qurkie but it works. good luck look on the web eggs and cheese diet.

    If it is just for 3 or 4days then you could try the cereal diet…2 bowls, 2 meals and thats it. You would def shift pounds that way and it would def give you motivation as after you would eat healthy foods like fruit which will be lke having a feast after that!
    Another idea is you could go on a detox. This can either be just water or it can be just juices, another good quick fix diet.
    One of my fav onces is just having friut throught the day, as you can still have the sensation of chewing and having bulk in your stomach and then a salad for dinner, this is all very low in Kcals and fat.

    you could do a detox diet ie fruit juice or smoothies for breakfast
    lunch a large salad and evening meal fish and a jacket spud (no butter or cheese sorry )
    drinks are water or herbal teas no alchohol or caffeine you should get some encouragment to carry on from that
    but remember if you loose weight too quickly its water and lean muscle first fat takes longer to loose i should know i tried this 4yrs ago when i lost three stone ive kept it off but wont say its easy

    I had results within DAYS on a diet from A1diet, and it gave me the motivation to carry on…. I lost a stone and a half in 6 weeks. I also had a personal weightloss coach assigned to me who was there to help and support me – which also helped to keep me motivated!!
