I lost 35 pounds in 31 days. should I be worried that I lost weight fast and what are the negatives?

Ok I lost the weight by eating one meal a day and execising 60 minutes a day. I decided that Im tired of being overweight and I started this diet my goal is 70 pounds. I feel better and I’m really proud . Should I really be worried?

    thats unhealthy. yeah you should be worried that your body isnt gettin the right nutrients that it needs to survive.

    fair play to you congratulations. did you find it hard eating just one meal or did you appitite shink? id ove to do that. what meal did you eat and what type of food.

    people will say its unhealty and i suppose in a way it can be but as soon as you get down to your goal weight you can start regular meals and excercise
