i have three days to lose some weight, and look slimmer?
if i eat breakfast, lunch, dinner and drink alot of water in three days.. jump on the trampoline for half an hour and do 500 jumping jacks, a day.. will i look slightly different??
okay i realise im not going to look mega different.. but if it helps im overweight.. so will people see a difference??

not likely. 3 days isnt enough time to make any noticeable difference.

You won’t notice a change in three days but in seven days. You’ll notice a difference on your scale in three days, but a physical difference in seven days.

Sorry girl, to be honest you’re not going to see a lot of difference (actually no difference) in 3 days.
Vary your exercise routine as well, that’s a lot of jumping jacks.. and not a lot else.
You will start feeling a difference when your clothes do up more easily/start getting looser.
Good luck, but it’ll be several weeks before anything really significant happens.

In three days,sorry you have no chance.Weight reduction can only be achieved successfully over a period of weeks and months not in a few days.Unless you accept a longer term solution you are doomed to failure.

Not very likely I am afraid, I would chose your clothes carefully,colour and design can alter your appearance. Consider weight loss and toning as a long term project.
