    Eat healthy foods
Stick to a certain time for your meals (e.g. eat dinner at the same time each day)
    Exercise regularly

Hope this helps and good luck!

You will always think you look fat, no matter how much weight you lose.

But if you really think you need to lose some (and you probably don’t) I heard you actually lose calories from eating celery (it burns more to chew it than it gives)

Avoid mainstream diets, science flipflops on these stupid issues every decade. 10 years ago bread was healthy, now its bad for you.

Everything is bad for you in bulk. Eat anything you want in moderation.

I remember someone I knew was on a diet that was a big list of every food you could imagine, and each food was a number, and you had to keep the numbers from adding up to lose weight.

In a sense it was counting calories. It was the only diet I believed could actually work. If anyone here knows the name, Im sure theyll tell you.
