How will I be able to lose weight fast?

I know questions like this are asked all the time, but still. I’d like to lose weight for Prom which is in April. Would it be possible to lose about 30 lbs? And how?

    Sure, it’s possible to lose 30 lbs. It will take some time, but 3-4 months is a realistic time frame if you really have that much weight to lose and you’re dedicated to your goal.

    It is possible. You need a proper diet and if you do interval training along with weight training you will burn tons of calories. 30lbs is a lot by April but is possible.
