How to stay healthy during the spring time?

    Plenty of water
    Take advantage of the in-season berries and incorporate them into your diet
    Enjoy the good weather- go for (longer)/walks
    Get 15 minutes of direct sunshine for your vitamin K
    Make sure that you care for your allergies- if you’re allergic to stinging insects, carry your epipen, and make sure that you have multiple people around you who know how to use it and notice the signs of you falling prey to the allergy.
