how to start jogging for fat loss?

im strong and active but, my cardio sux, i run around the block and am out of breath, how should i start jogging?

    Jog until you run out of breath, then start walking at a steady pace until you catch your breath again. Then start jogging again, and keep doing that cycle till you’ve been out for 20 minutes. If you keep it up, you should be able to go longer periods without stopping to walk.

    get off the couch. put clothes and shoes on. go outside. move your legs in a running motion. in 6-8 your instructions to run will arrive at your door step!

    What i used to get in shape for track is a great training plan on http://www.coolrunning.com called the couch to 5k. It’s great i can run 15 minutes no sweat with hills the whole way. Check it out! And any sort of jogging will help you lose fat trust me!!

    Hi. Do running and walking. You would do some walking and then add in running. Switch between the two. You could even add in time. For example do 10 minutes of walking and 5 minutes of running. You can slowly add in more running time once you work up your strength.
