How to speed up your motabolism and lose weight?

I am not too much over weight, just a little. I am wanting to lose about 20 pounds. What would be a normal daily workout and meal menu to lose weight and speed up my metabolism?

    Don’t drink soda. I dropped 20 pounds in a little under a month by stopping almost all Mt. Dew intake. The only other thing I started doing was to run, which helped speed up the weight loss. I have since stopped running, but I still refrain from most sodas, and I’ve still kept the weight off.

    Your best bet is to stop drinking/eating highly sugary foods and to get a moderate amount of exercise (I ran for about 15-20 minutes 3 times a week).

    Try different kinds of exercises everyday, don’t stick to the same thing over and over again. You’ll just get bored. For example, I have a friend who runs 5 miles one day, no matter how long it takes him. The next day, he’ll run 1 mile as fast as he can. And another day, he’ll go play basketball with his buds.

    As for meals, it’s recommended that you eat 5 small meals throughout the day. And be sure to eat breakfast since it jumpstarts your metabolism, which burns more in the morning. Also, lunch should be your biggest meal.

    Maybe if you try exercising it will be great !! your metabolism will speed up faster and you can loss weight or at least inches at first , try to use the treadmill or go for a walk outdoors ,any exercise you like,if you can add lifting weight it will be better , since i’m exercising i feel much better and i have loss some inches even not much pounds , i also feel more energetic and more active , also try to eat less and add veggy and some good protein like chicken and fish its ok !!
