How to rid fat all over my body but without adding muscle?

I have a lot of muscle but it is covered with a layer of fat that needs to go. I dont want to add anymore muscle. I have dieted and worked out for about a month at a time but I only feel like I add muscle. What to do?

Well i think you should avoid strength training,(free weights and such)try aerobic exercises that burn fat like running, elliptical machines, sit ups,and lunges.Hope i was helpful 🙂

Honestly best thing to do is run/walk/jog, this maks the fat go away, so you can see those muscles that you worked hard on show 🙂 ! Lots of cardio excercise as welll. 😀

    Answer mine please.

Aerobic exercise that make you sweat like running, jogging, brisk walking or fast paced step aerobics. Don’t use any or very little resistance at first until you shed some of the fat and then start to introduce strength training back into your routine maybe with a resistance band only at first then weights later. I understand because I gain muscle very quickly for a girl so I share your problem.

Bike riding and skating are also good fun aerobic exercises. Start out doing this about an hour three times a week and then add in resistance in a few months once you’ve lost some of the weight. Oh I must also add that yoga and palates are great for helping to stretch and elongate a woman’s form so those will help you look long and lean in lieu of stocky and muscular.

    Hope this helps. Good luck!
