How to lose weight when already thin?
I am already thin, with pretty good muscles. How can I lose weight? Like literally be lighter? I need to do this in terms or pounds, not inches, because I want to be in a different weight division for wrestling. How can I lose weight without compromising my strength?

Crack, lots of crack
Be careful though! It can burn
But seriously, losing weight without losing muscle mass if your already thin doesnt sound too easy, weight is determined by how much fat you have, and being thin means you dont have fat =P

Eat brown rice, veggies and baked fish for dinner.
Oatmeal for breakfast with fruit in it.
Drink fruit smoothies during the day for a snack. Try to eat protein at every meal…for breakfast with the oatmeal, eat a scrambled egg white or a hard boiled egg.
Eat a salad or chicken/turkey sandwich on whole wheat for lunch. Use olive oil and vinegar dressing…no saucy dressings.
Drink water only.
Never eat white or processed foods.
Try baked sweet potatoes…mmm… Eat spinach salads, not plain lettuce and add all the veggies you want to it. Try red wine vinegar…a few splashes and a little drizzle of olive oil.
If you want a crunchy snack, cut up a cucumber and put in lite Italian dressing or better yet, half cold water and half white vinegar. I mix mine with some cherry tomatoes too…
A good smoothie needs a good blender, so make sure you have one, cut up 1 banana, some blueberries (about 10-15) and strawberries (about 5), a cup or so of skim milk, a sprinkle of flax seed (buy a container of it and keep in fridge), a scoop of vanilla protein powder and blend it up, add a bit of crushed ice and you’ve got a good smoothie. You can add any kind of fruit…I cut up peaches sometimes too or frozen cherries.
Try reverse crunches, where you lift your legs up and out. Go to SELF.com for good tips…I love their workouts. Walk or run a lot and
use a stability ball for crunches.

I say you’re fine, don’t try to lose weight just have a good diet and balance out with exercising so you won’t be plus sized.

Drink plenty of water evenly through the day, eight or more glasses total. As soon as you wake up try and drink 16 ounces of cold water. Drinking water is one of the most rapid weight loss tips that dieticians suggest to people and leads to 100+ calories extra burned a day.
# Eat six small meals a day. Typical times are 7:30am, 10am, 12:30pm, 4pm, 6pm, 9pm. Lunch should be the largest, other meals consist only of one 1/2 palm sized piece of protein and one fist size organic carbohydrate food. Your Palm and Fist.
# A great tip for how to lose weight fast, easy and safe is that you should have your last large meal about three hours before you go to sleep. It is ok to have a very small snack after that.
# Eat organic vegetables and fruits for breakfast like apples, no-fat yogurt (I like Yoplait lite no fat), tomatoes, carrots, and peppers.
# Don’t depend upon fat burning diet supplements. They wont go a long way in helping you sustain your reduced weight.
# Soft drinks contain 150 empty calories, you must substitute one can of soft drink (soda) with water each day. Every twenty soft drinks you skip from your normal intake equates to about one pound of weight loss.
# Diet Drinks can stop you from losing weight, therefore drink an equal amount of water immediately after a diet drink to help flush your system or better yet, avoid diet drinks every other day or if you have the will power all days except your “cheat day” (see below).

First of all DON”T do drugs. If you do, then you are a stupid loser with no life. Sorry for being so harsh, but it is true.
Okay you could eat 10 fruits and veggies every day like 5 fruits and 5 veggies. And then ssee how full you are. You won’t have room for junk food! Give it a try!

You can’t. Losing weight (especially when there isn’t much fat on your body) will result in loss of muscle to some degree.

Cutting to a lighter division is tough. You’re going to have to lose some muscle to do it. If you’re already lean, you can’t cut weight without losing strength. It’s just part of the tradeoff. The good news is that losing a couple of pounds will make you feel a lot faster and more maneuverable, and sometimes that can make up for the strength loss.
Whatever you do, do NOT try to sweat it out. I’ve seen guys faint in the middle of a match from dehydration. Dehydration makes you much weaker than losing a little muscle mass.
Just eat less. Dial back your eating until you’re losing 1-2 pounds a week. You can go faster, but it’ll start to suck. You’ll feel dizzy and weak and tired. If you want to stay strong, lose weight slowly.
Everybody has an ideal weight class. If you’re lean and muscular at your current weight, you should be absolutely sure you really want to move into a lighter class. Sometimes it’s easier to build muscle until you get to the top of your current class, and you’ll gain strength at the same time.
So, yeah, sorry. Can’t lose lean mass without losing some power.
