I tried out everything to lose weight, and nothing worked until I tried out colon cleanse. I know they say that pills don’t work, but they certainly worked for me, and they have been showcased on CNN too. There is a free trial on at the moment at http://winaps.yoursexydiet.info , why not try it, what is the worst that could happen?

Something like Weight Watchers or Slimming World would be appropriate.
They encourage healthy eating and exercise too.

It is feasible to lose weight fast but you should be realistic and comprehend that if you lose weight fast then you will almost certainly put it all back on again just as fast. I lost 6 pounds for the last month when I had a special celebration to attend, and I did it by following the guidance supplied on the website in the box below.

You should combine diet and exercise for best and fast results.
    Choose healthy foods you like and replace unhealthy ones you eat in a day with them. Drink lots of water. Stay away from fat and sugar. Dont eat after 7pm. Eat 5 small meals in a day, including snacks, not 3 big ones. Eat grilled and boiled foods, not fried and fastfoods. Here is a sample diet plan;
Breakfast: Slices of tomatoes, a piece of cheese, 4 5 olives, 2 egg whites and green tea
Snack: nuts or fruits or yogurt
    Lunch: Salad
    Snack again
Dinner: Grilled chicken, turkey or fish and boiled vegetables or salad
You should exercise for best, fast and permanent results. You can exercise at home easily with a good program. And support it with walkings or runnings. There is a good program which includes exercises and eating plan. It is most recommended one. Me and my friends use it. Take a look at it and more helpful articles about weight loss, nutrition and exercise from http://www.diettipsandfitness.com/
    Good luck:)

No. You can make a start with the Weightwatchers programme, but attempting to lose more than 2 pounds a week is neither safe nor healthy.

The only way to lose weight is to change your eating habits, and start eating healthily with plenty of exercise one thing you must not do and that is to starve yourself which would only make you feel ill. If you are serious check out this website which has helped me achieve my weight loss.

PREPARE YOUR OWN FOOD AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE

While more and more restaurants are offering low-carb friendly menu items, many of them are still not ideal low-carb fare. There are many recipes for quick and easy meals that you can prepare yourself at home. Try to do this as often as possible.

If you cook your own foods, you know exactly what the contents are and you will be able to better control for hidden sugar and otherwise processed foods.

Another benefit is the cost savings over the long run. Even if you must go to the grocery store more often, you will save a significant amount per meal as opposed to eating at restaurants and fast food establishments.

It will also be easier to maintain your diet with your own favorite fresh food selections on hand.

EAT SOME PROTIEN AT EACH MEAL & AS A SNACK

In addition to everything that抯 been discussed before, eating protein helps you burn more calories. Jeff Hample, Ph.D., R.D., a spokesman for the American Dietetic Association says that, “Protein is made up mainly of amino acids, which are harder for your body to breakdown, so you burn more calories getting rid of them.?br>
Just think ?eating a protein rich snack can help you lose weight. How about a few slices of turkey or ham or some string cheese?

Eating protein will also help you feel full so that you are less likely to crave unhealthy snacks.

Exercise is essential for weight loss
It’s nothing new, but exercise is probably the most important predictor of whether you will succeed at long term weight loss and weight loss maintenance. In order for exercise to be helpful in weight loss, you should strive for a minimum of five 30 minute sessions per week. The good news is that recent research has shown that three 10 minute sessions in a day are as good as one 30 minute session. This helps many in combating the old “no time for exercise” excuse. Be certain to find something you enjoy. You’ll be more apt to stick with it. Try walking with a friend, joining an intramural sports league, participating in outings with a group like The Sierra Club, or trying some classes at your local gym. Once you give exercise a chance, you will begin to enjoy its positive benefits on your psyche as well; you will literally become “hooked.”

Walk for 45 minutes a day. The reason we’re suggesting 45 minutes instead of the typical 30 is that a Duke University study found that while 30 minutes of daily walking is enough to prevent weight gain in most relatively sedentary people, exercise beyond 30 minutes results in weight and fat loss. Burning an additional 300 calories a day with three miles of brisk walking (45 minutes should do it) could help you lose 30 pounds in a year without even changing how much you’re eating.
