How to lose weight quickly ( easy 10 points!!!)?

P.S. I am a girl (13) okay so i have a pooch at the bottom of my stomache and like above it my tummy is fine, but it is that pooch that is bothering me. I have a birthday party to go to in 3 days and it is at the pool, and it is the birthday party of a really popular kid, so im friends with her but not really the other people…so i want to know how i can lose ( even just a little bit) of my pooch belly fat.

    jog your butt off. and i suggest, just jog when you get home from school, just keep jogging(running helps you lose weight faster)
    but yeah just jog or run ALOT

    hehe…. Dear young lady, within 3 days what u can do is actually wearing sumting which will avoid è attention on ur tummy. Wear a garter underwear, so this will help to control the flabby pooch tummy u hav got. Then dont forget to practice a healthy lifestyle with no strict diet. And exercise well.     Hun, even a little bit of a difference takes a long time. I don’t want to discourage you but I do want to make you realize that it is a lot of work.

    I am a tall and thin male and i had the same problem. Now, after 3 months of working out 4-6 days a week 60-90 minutes each time and dieting, I am now seeing some improvement on my stomach.

    The reality is, the smaller you are, the more difficult it is to lose, and 3 days is just not enough time for any sort of noticeable difference.
