How to lose weight in one mouth?
I have always been a little big for my age and i would love to lose some weight before school starts in a mouth, i always try to lose weight by going for walks. I would love to have some tips to keep myself going. And also if it would be easier to throw up once and awhile after eating. PLEASE HELP?

For many who have successfully lost weight will tell you that not only its is important to watch what you eat, but the weight loss effort will be half a success if you do not include a regular or routine exercise programme. The exercise programme shall includes cardiovascular exercises and strength training.

1. NEVER EVER THROW UP.
2. NEVER STARVE YOURSELF.
3. Now that those are out of the way, just have a healthier diet. Eat fruits&what-not, instead of candy&chips.
4. Go out for a walk for a hour. If that’s too long, ask a friend to go with you? 🙂 Being with a friend always helps renew your relationship and time to talk.

it seriously worries me that you want to make yourself sick after eating. don’t do that, look up the health risks of it, you can die and i’m not being extreme. seriously, please look it up.
just eat 1,200 calories a day and half hour of exercise a day!
drink plenty of water to flush out toxins and stop you from retaining water,
go easy on the salt intake as this retains water thus making you weigh more.
plenty of fruit + veg and voila

Eat at the right times to increase metabolism. Resting metabolism is how many calories an individual will burn at rest during a 24-hour period. Step 2Increase your daily activity level. During an eight-hour workday, a server in a restaurant will burn more calories than a computer programmer. While many may not be able to change to a more active occupation, there are still a number of ways to increase the amount of calories burned with lifestyle. Take the stairs instead of the escalator. Park far away when parking at the store. Plan outside activities with family and friends.
Step 3Increase the amount of weekly exercise. The best way to start a walking habit is to schedule a time to walk each day. It is best if it is the same time every day. So plan on taking your walk or jog before work, at lunch or after work. It is important to create a habit, and it takes about a month for a habit to become second nature.

Smaller and healthier meals. Don’t eat anything that you know is unhealthy. Regular meal times. Exercise.
If this doesn’t show results within 2-3 weeks, look for other methods. Starving yourself and throwing up are big no-no’s.

Vomiting is never the way to lose weight. It takes hard work and dedication to truly knock off those unwanted pounds. No one wants to hear “you need to exercise”, but it’s the truth. Excercising builds muscles while also burning fat. Building muscle will also make it easier for your body to burn that fat. Not to mention it’ll boost your metabolism. Stay away from fried foods, sugars, and fast food. If not then you defeat the purpose of exercising

Diet and exercise is the best way. I would never recommend throwing up on purpose. You want to look good not sick. Just watch what you are eating and work out at least 4 times a week. Even more if you want to lose weight quick!

Step 1:First of all cut back on sweetened soda and juice… these drinks have a lot of calories and the calories .Step 2:Cut back on breads and rice,carbohydrates. they have a lot of sugar which in turn can turn to fat plus they don’t keep you filled as long…. eat foods high in protien and fiber… meats, greens, protien bars… high fiber bread.Step 3:the next key is exercise.. Start a walking club at work…. if you walk during your luncg break even if it is a 20 minute walk that adds up during the end of the week. get a wal in on the weekend or go to the gym a little here and there will make a difference over time . a few minor changes will really make a difference.

Take a brisk walk or jog around the neighborhood. Play a game of basketball or tennis. Try to work towards 60 minutes daily. But, at least get exercise for 4 days of the week if you want to lose weight now – minimum.Step 4:Make a poster for motivation – add your ending weight goal and keep track of your weight loss progress each week.

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
