How to lose weight from dieting tips?
Hey i am a 19 year old guy at 6’5ft and over weight i think i must me at least 19st. I just lost a friend to an heart attack and don’t want the same thing happening to me.
I have tried going to the gym but cant get in the mood but will give it another go due to my friend, can any one give me dieting tips

im 6’5 and 16 stone. i know what works for me mate: if you can keep your weight stable right now then your doing well. what you need to do is have smaller portions at dinner. less snacks. try eat a few healthy meals. you dont really need to do more working out. this way is a little slower than an hour in the gym everyday but it works

You should eat smaller meals, stop eating before you’re is satisfied, also eat healthier meals. I know this is hard, but it is the only way. Eating small meals = stomach will shrink = smaller eating capacity = get full faster = weight loss. Also do some exercise. The key to losing weight is using more calories than you eat.
