How to lose weight fast/keep it off?

i really dont care if its unhealthy. but i dont know what to do cause i know some people who stay lean by eating one meal a day and some snacks and some people eat and eat all the time and they lose weight. so im intrested in some fast weight loss techniques please thanks! and i think if i lost about 20-30 lbs id be great. so im not obese just chunky lol

    If you don’t care if it’s unhealthy, then try crystal meth. It’ll melt the flesh right off your bones and you’ll be skinny in no time flat.

    If you want to lose weight quickly, but don’t want to resort to using drugs then get liposuction or just grab a scalpel and get rid of the body fat yourself.
