how to lose weight fast/easy for a young teenager ? 10 points best answer ?

i’ve just turned 14. weigh about 64kl.. 5’5/5’6-ish & i wanna lose some weight for the summer + with a flat stomach.. any idea’s?

    find a diet thats right for y o u and you have to exercise too i dont know whats avaliable to you but try going to a sports centre near you and work from there. make a routine and stick with it. hope this helps good luck!

    Just eat healthy, replace snacks with fruit or veges 🙂
    Exersize lots, walk you dog, walk home from school, whatevers east, fits in with you but is still effective

    well i have been trying to lose weight recently and I have been trying to eat under 1000 calories a day and doing an hours hard exersize 4 days a week and the weight is dropping off. i lost 6 pounds last week…:) hope this helps
