How to lose weight fast & properly?

I’m a 20 year old male, i weigh about 175 lbs. I’m about 6’0 and i have sort of a pudge in my stomach along with a little butt. I’m trying to lose about 20 pounds and gain back my 6pack. I drink alot of water, but my eating habits aren’t that good. So i ask, How do i properly get down to 155 lbs?

    I recomend trying the lemonade diet. It’s a simple diet where all you drink for 10 days is Lemonade. You aren’t drinking regular lemonade though. Trust me, it works. I’ve seen numerous amounts of people try it, and they’ve lost plenty of weight. It is a completely healthy and harmless diet. There’s a website for it. I can’t think of the name of it right now. Just google “The Lemonade Diet” Trust me, this works. Even Beyonce does it. She takes a lemonade diet pill. Thats a little different though. I hope this works for you! Oh yea, one more thing… when you first get done with the diet, remember to only eat light amounts of food. No crazy things like fried chicken and cheetos! Your stomach will be sensitive for a couple of days. 🙂

    Eat 5 times a day
    Start with breakfast. The more you eat for breakfast, the less food you will want to eat at night. Please, don’t skip this meal as you’ll end up devouring everything in sight for the rest of the day. You don’t need to gobble up 5 large meals, just 3 meals of a sensible size and 2 delicious yet low calorie snacks. Eat sensibly so your body doesn’t crave for food. If you treat your body right it won’t demand for more attention!

    you need to find an exercise and eating (notice I didn’t say DIET) plan that works for you;

    You also need to find a strenuous physical activity that you actually enjoy, it might just be walking.
