how to lose weight fast?

Im a 16 year old boy, i am around 79 kg which is just over 12 stone, i am 6ft, i do body training around 3/4 times a week and i want to lose weight pretty quick. It would be very helpful if you could tell me what excersise will help me lose weight fast and what types of food to eat etc, any help would be very helpful.
P.S. how long would it take to lose around 8kg body weight?
