How to lose weight? exercise and diet.?

I am 16 and i am trying to lose weight. I stick to a healthy balanced diet. Protein and fruit and veg with little carbohydrates. I also am jogging about a mile everyday. It is hard for me to go to a gym because i can’t drive and i’m busy studying. Do i do enough to lose a considerable amount of weight if i keep it up?

    You are doing it right,

    Just make sure you don’t take in too many calories. (but do take in enough!)

    Because of your age, your weight has not settled down fully yet. Don’t worry about your weight, keep up the good work.

    You should combine diet and exercise for best and fast results.
    Choose healthy foods you like and replace unhealthy ones you eat in a day with them. Drink lots of water. Stay away from fat and sugar. Dont eat after 7pm. Eat 5 small meals in day, including snacks, not 3 big ones. Eat grilled and boiled foods, not fried and fastfoods. Here is a sample diet plan;
    Breakfast: Slices of tomatoes, a piece of cheese, 4 5 olives, 2 egg whites and green tea
    Snack: nuts or fruits
    Lunch: Salad
    Snack again
    Dinner: Grilled chicken, turkey or fish and boiled vegetables or salad
    You should exercise for best, fast and permanent results. You can exercise at home easily with a good program. And support it with walkings or runnings.

    You’re doing fine. You should not even do much more coz then it could become unhealthy and dangerous for you to slip into an eating disorder. So watch out. Carbohydrates are important, too!! Instead of skipping them, rather skip on sweets and stuff. Don’t forget to drink lots of water!

    Boil your vegetables instead of cooking them, or even better, eat them fresh. However if you do not like eating your vegetables as it is, try steaming them without adding anything at all. This is probably the healthiest way to eat cabbages, cauliflowers and a host of other vegetables.
