How to lose weight by 2nd or 3rd of September?

I have a Dr appointment. And I want to lose weight I want to be at 150 lbs. I go to the gym for about 1 hour every day. Will I be able to lose weight before my DR appointment. I weigh 160 lbs.

And My aunt is coming home in a couple months and I want to be at 130 lbs. And I want to be able to look healthy. And be in size 10 or 9 jeans. Any one got any tips.

    That should help you monitor your caloric needs and fitness.
    As for the gym…good job.
    Cut out all carbs after 7pm and cut back on sodium

    go to gnc and buy sumthing call isopure. you drink that all day as many scoops as you want and nothing else. and do 1 hour of cardio first thing in the morning. you shouldnt get hungry juss drink a shake everytimeyour hungry and make sure you mix it with water. drink alot of water too.

    wow you have too little time left… do your gym double make it 2 hours..and do a crash diet……eat..very less.

    this is very bad.. but corn chips and water only for meals would shed your weight in 4 days. 1 pack corn chips a meal. eat twice a day only.

    this will hunger you but it worked…… but again a bad crash diet return to normal diet with less carbs more protein after that need-to-be-slim day:D

    you can also drink lemon juice in the morning as you wake up before eating breakfast…..warning could harm intestine because of acid.

    *this crashed diet worked for me but important reminder health is much important in loosing weig
