How to lose weight and fell good about myself?

I am a 13 year old girl. 5’2 and 130-135 pounds. Some days I feel good about myself and then some days I don’t. Help me lose weight. Also I have a little bit of pimples that come and go. Some days my face with be perfect and then other days it’ll be ugly. I know it’s the age but I don’t like it. One more thing, here is a example of what I ate for breakfast today. Two toast with PB and J and then a hard boiled egg. Is that to much. Tell me what I could have and how to resist the urge to eat all of the time!

Oh boy, the same thing happened with me. Please, please dont do it! your BMI is in the perfect range! I am 13 years old and when I started to do that, it became an obsession to a point where I kjept dropping and dropping in weight and when friends noticed, they hated it. They also wanted me to go to a therapist because of how much I was obsessing over my weight. I was and still am unhappy about the way I look becaus eof the way I handled it before. So please, dont ever make such a drastic change, and believe me, it will only hurt. The most you should do is to just one up a bit with some moderate excercise daily with sports, etc. Email me if you need any support! 🙂

Eat wheat/whole grain bread, sugar free jelly, natural pnut butter, eat the white not the yolk. Grilled chicken brest, fish (baked or broiled) brown rice, VEGGIES, some fruit-do weight training and cardio as well. dont obsess just modify your body! be healthy and HAPPY!
talk to a personal trainer at your local gym.

its not too much but i would suggest eating something healthier for breakfast. like a banana then one piece of whole grain toast with one tbsp peanut butter.

then for lunch have a few almonds, walnuts, or cashews. then have some grilled chicken without the skin, the skin is where all of the fat is. you can also put it onto a salad. make sure to use non fat dressing tho. if you dont know where to get it. you can just go into burger king and ask for it. they give it to you for free haha ask for fat free ranch. and its packaged and everything and tells you the calories. so if you use half its half the calories and you can count it.

then for dinner eat alot of veggies and fruits. then you can have chicken, salmon, tuna anything like that even steak as long as you limit your portion to the size of your fist.
an ex. for dinner would be salmon with steamed broccoli.

    or something like that.

I know what you mean. i’m 17 years old, 5’2″ and 105-110 lb and i still constantly try to lose weight. i really don’t think telling you to forget about losing weight or anything is going to help, because your mindset is not going to change in just 5 minutes. my face breaks out sometimes, too. i use sea breeze astringent in the morning and night and it really helps. i don’t think your breakfast is making you gain weight, although pb&j is not the healthiest. i would say just drink lots of water and exercise or do something to keep yourself busy. carbs pack on the pounds like crazy. eat lots of fruits and veggies.

sometimes we eat due to anxiety, sadness, maybe you should check why we eat, when you feel like eating all the time; there´s a feeling bothering you inside.
What you had for breakfast is not much it is fine, an a girl like you shouldn´t stop her eating so you don´t have any problem on growing your height.
Pinples are very common at your age, your mom can take you to the dermatologist he will give a hormonal pill to get rid off them. Or you can buy some cleanning stuff for your face like neutrogena and bioré that are very good for young oily skin, it will help you lots you´ll see.

    Good luck! ;D

    How to Lose Weight Naturally?

How to lose weight naturally has been in debate for years.

Some say low carb. Some say high carb. Some say it’s how much food. Some say it’s how much exercise. But none of these covers the whole picture.

How to lose weight naturally is not rocket science. It just takes accepting the facts of these seven natural laws of weight loss, plus good old-fashioned stick-to-itiveness.

Seven Laws of How to Lose Weight Naturally

    1. Make a commitment to whatever it takes. You not only need to know what to do, you also have to manage yourself in such a way that you do it. If you already knew exactly how to get yourself to lose weight and keep it off, you’d be at your perfect weight right now. Without 100% commitment to do what it takes, your goal has no staying power.

    2. Start from a foundation of happiness. Most people think losing weight will make them happy. But happiness is a mental state that can only be created right now. And nobody wins at any challenge if they’re unhappy. So be happy. Accept yourself and your current circumstances and be enthusiastic about the future you’re creating.

    3. Design your own healthy diet plan. Natural doesn’t mean spontaneous. As a matter of fact, spontaneous gratification is what gets most of us into trouble. Just like managing your time and money, weight management takes planning and organization. To burn more calories than you consume, based on your lifestyle, how are you going to handle the details?

    4. Manage your emotions. Emotional eating is a major reason for failure. We’ve learned to use sweets, fatty foods and overeating for entertainment, celebration and to sooth and stuff down unpleasant emotions. Come up with a list of other things you enjoy (besides eating). And begin exchanging old bad habits for healthy new ways of enjoyment and soothing.

    5. Find a way to exercise daily. Exercise is healthy and burns calories. It doesn’t have to be complicated or extreme. It just has to happen. Decide what kind would be best for you and work it out with your schedule. There are great exercise videos, walking paths and a variety of gyms everywhere. Choose a time and method and make it a regular habit.

    6. Keep a Journal. If you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it. Studies show the great majority of people who lose weight and keep it off are very aware of what they eat and the calories they consume. Many keep a journal. Research shows those who guess at the amounts, without writing them down (at least in the beginning), grossly underestimate their calories.

    7. Be persistent. Nothing gets accomplished without persistence. Persistence is the only common denominator of all successful people. The story goes that Thomas Edison had 999 failures before he finally invented the light bulb. If you’ve tried and failed 999 times, learn from your mistakes and do it better next time. The only way to succeed is to persist.
