How to lose stomach/leg/waist fat fast?

people who see me would say im skinny, but they dont see my wasit and my tummy! i have a flabby stomach, and flab on my waist and on my legs, whats the quickest way to lose this? and what foods should i eat to do this? i was thinking of just having one meal a day. how much weight can you loose if you eat one meal a day and eat only fruit and drink lots of water everyday and also g on the exercise bike? would you lose weight if you only eat one time a day?

    This is a terrible way to lose weight. Starving yourself is highly unhealthy. Flab and fat are a result of little to no muscle. You should combine cardio with weight training 3-5 days a week. Eat sensibly, in small (very small) portions, 6 times a day. If you don’t eat throughout the day- your body will go into starvation mode, it will hold on to the food you do eat and not burn it for fuel, your metabolism will slow/stop working normally and you’ll find yourself either gaining, tired, sick or a combination of the 3. It takes work and dedication. NOTHING worth having permanently happens fast. However, you will notice a difference in energy and muscle tone within a couple of weeks.

    You cannot just look target on part of your body and only lose in that one spot…. You need to do cardio, and lots of it… also do alot of ab workouts, toning excersising….. there are certain excersises that do focus on one area more then the other, but you cant just only lose from one spot….

    Do not only eat on meal a day…. that is not good. You can eat smaller portions throughout the day. your body needs calories…. but good ones not bad…..

    if you simply watch what you eat, smaller portion sizes, take out fast food, drink tons of water….and excersies everyday meaning at least 45 mins of cardio and also weight training you may not see the pounds fall off but the will com off and stay off….. trust me…. you HAVE to be consistant for at least 6 weeks, it’s hard but after that 6 weeks or maybe even sooner you should see some results
