how to lose fat/weight FAST!?

hello, i am 5’1″ and i have no idea how much i weigh. sorry : ( but i know im not HUGE or SMALL… i just have bigger arms, a bigger tummy, and huge thighs/hips.. My age is 13 and i am a female.. Anyways i know that you have to eat less and excursive more, and my question to you is : what? what do i eat? im thinking about only eating fruits and vegetables (also lowfat yogurt). i take a multivitamin. as for the excursive, i cant do much, like going outside, so please help me. will wii dancing games help me lose weight and fat? how long? do situps/pushups/squats help? Thank you

    Exercise with a plastic around your waist/mid section. You will lose the water Weight very quickly.

    dehydrating yourself is not healthy and as soon as you drink water all the water weight will come back

    If you only eat fruits, vegetables, and yogurt, you won’t lose any of the fat that you’re trying to lose. When you starve your body, your body eats away at muscle before it eats at the fat. Eat healthy and around 1200 calories. Anything less and your body will starve. For exercise, how can you not go outside? Cardio is the best for losing fat and if you can’t go outside, try getting an elliptical trainer or a treadmill. Wii Dancing Games will help you lose weight and fat, but running and other cardio is much better. Try doing it for 1 hour 4 days a week.

    Sit-ups/push-ups/squats tone your body but if you have fat, you won’t really see it. You need to get rid of the fat before you start seriously toning. Do a few moves every day, but don’t focus completely on it.

Don’t do anything extreme, if you start living in a healthy way your body should fall into place.

    Plus females are built to be fatter than men, I believe a healthy female is like 20% body fat or so, so don’t feel upset.
