How to lose fat around stomach?

I’ve tried just about every thing. I run, walk and workout at the gym but can’t seem to lose weight around my waist. What exercise do i need to do in order to lose this.

    Try hoola hooping and jump roping. the hoola hoop will activate fat loss in your waist so i really recommend doing that non stop for atleast and hour a day. have fun xx 🙂

    target areas never work you need to exercise your whole body I have issues with A LOT of tummy fat,, I lost 200lbs simply walking and doing pilates unfortunately in my situation I need a tummy tuck but try walks and core exercises such as yoga or pilates

    I recommend sit-ups and swimming is also good as swimming works on all your muscles, there isn’t one it doesn’t work on! But sit-ups concentrate on just the stomach muscles only, so this is the one everyone tends to do if they want to lose weight around the waist.
