How to lose excess weight fast?

I’m nearly 18 and have a few extra kilos around my belly, bum, and thighs and would love to know some quick ways of losing this and getting fit. I understand you cant lose weight within a day or anything but I was wondering what the best exercises were so I could lose this as fast as I can. I don’t have access to a gym or any equipment so its making life a little bit harder. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

    Losing weight is much easier than you think. Reduce calorie and carb intake. Drink only water that way you fill yourself up and cut out the carbs and calories that fruit drinks give you. Eat healthy!!!!. Then on top of this run run run run run. Its a quick way to burn calories. Fat in general is stored energy. Your body stores energy if it has excess calories at the end of the day. So, you just simply have to lose more calories in a day than gain.

    cardio and a good diet– that’s the fastest fat burner– and as far as not having a gym: No Problem!

    If you’re eating healthy and not ADDING to your existing fat, then the next step is to burn off the fat you already have– and that’s with cardio. Anything that gets your heart rate up will do– personally, I like playing tennis and dancing, but running (or jogging if you’re not in great shape) swimming, jumping rope, playing frizbee with friends– whatever gets your heart pumping!

    aim for 60-90 min per day 4-6x per week to get the best results.

    Umm, go out.. buy a ton of fruit and water and drink water all the time. Go for a run at least once a day, hit the gym, sit ups. But this is what I eat in a day.. and I run cross country so I cannot eat junk. Breakfast is usually fat free yogurt, or a small bowl of cerel with lowfat milk and fiber to keep you hungry up until late noon, then for lunch I eat a pbj sandwhich, whole grain bread, which is filling, with fat free peanut buter and jelly. But if you cut out bread completely you lose weight really fast so maybe try a chicken salad for dinner, and for lunch, well thats tough. Just eat healthy and run lots :0
