How to lose chest fat quickly?

I dont have a HUGE amount of chest fat, but it bothers me, its not as bad as to say Gynecomastia but I just want to know how to lose this

    walk/jog/run eat more vegetables if you don’t eat much already, and if you eat anything greasy, fatty, or sugary, cut back on it.

    Lean meat(chicken, fish,turkey lean cuts of beef), vegetables,, water, and cardio exercise are the 4 key ingredients to weight loss.

    or to make it a chest do some bench press incline press DB flies(the ones Arnold Schwarzenegger is famous for)

    I hate to tell you this but you can’t safely get rid of fat on the body by targeting certain areas. Certain people have certain genes that tell there body to store their fat in their butt, chest, thighs, etc. The only thing you can do is to try to decrease your overall fat percentage and at the same time try and tone your upper body. Don’t just do chest exercises, you might as well workout everything else, IT’S GOOD FOR YOU. To lose fat, don’t consume any more than 1400 calories a day, exercise doing cardio or weightlifting (both if possible), and drink plenty of water to get rid of your appetite and hydrate your body.
