How to lose belly fat and gain muscle?

How can I lose 15 pounds of belly fat. After that gain mucsle mostly in my biceps and triceps. Also how long would it take? I want to lose the bell fat and gain the muscle in 2 months. Is that possible?
I dont have any machinery but i have weights, push up bars, and jump rope
I need to lose belly fat yes but Im normal weight so what should i do?

    ummm yes its possible , but you would need to do ALOT of situps and maybe running on the treadmill

    Use a work out ball. There are many-many exercises you can do that are just for this area. You will get amazing results. However it will take some time. Get a book maybe from the library to show you how. And watch your milk product consumption.
