how to loose weight quickly without goin on a diet ?

i wanna loose weight quickly without going on a diet, i walk for 20 mins almost everyday or longer sometimes, im not a very active person and i eat alot of rice because it’s known to be healthy, i don’t have a lot of chocolate or sweets yet i still feel fat 🙁

    Exercise more. Try interval training – high intensity cardio for a short amount of time (like 1 min or less) then slow down for a min or two, and then repeat. Also, rice has a lot of carbs that could actually add to weight gain, especially white rice. Try brown rice
